How Many OnlyFans Agencies Lock You In? Exit Terms of 134 Agencies (2026)
Short answer: most OnlyFans agencies do not say how you can leave. Of the 134 agencies we track, 77 (57%) publish nothing at all about notice periods, minimum terms or exit fees. 57 publish at least something, 50 of them say there is no lock-in or minimum term, and only 9 (7%) publish all three fair exit terms: a notice period of 30 days or less, no minimum term and no exit fee.
That gap matters because the exit clause decides what happens when an agency stops delivering. A fair commission with a twelve-month lock-in can cost more than a higher commission you can walk away from in a month. Every number on this page comes from what agencies state on their own websites, recorded in each agency's 20-point checklist, and updates automatically when a listing changes.
How many OnlyFans agencies lock creators in?
We cannot see private contracts, so the honest question is what agencies are willing to state in public. This is the breakdown across every agency we list:
| What the site states | Agencies | Share (of all listed 134) |
|---|---|---|
| No lock-in or minimum term | 50 | 37% |
| A notice period in days | 22 | 16% |
| Notice of 30 days or less | 22 | 16% |
| No exit fee or penalty | 22 | 16% |
| An initial minimum term | 3 | 2% |
| All three fair exit terms (checklist "met") | 9 | 7% |
| Nothing about leaving at all | 77 | 57% |
Calculated from what 57 of the 134 agencies we list state on their own websites, last checked Oct 24, 2026.
Read the rows together. "No lock-in" is the most common claim by far, but it is usually the only one: most agencies that say it do not also state a notice period or rule out an exit fee. Only 22 agencies say in writing that leaving costs nothing, and only 22 give a notice period in days.
What notice periods do agencies state?
22 of the 22 notice periods published by agencies on our list are 30 days or shorter; the median is 30 days. 5 agencies say you can leave without any notice at all.
| Notice period stated | Agencies | Which agencies |
|---|---|---|
| None (leave any day) | 5 | Lumina Connect, FantasyRise, Imperium MGMT Agency, Model Fans Management, SugarCats |
| 48 hours | 1 | OnModelStudios |
| 14 days | 2 | TalentGrow, FansHub |
| 28 days | 1 | Scissorzz |
| 30 days | 13 | Empire Management MX, Luvema Studio, ALLURE Agency, Hush Talent, Aruna Talent, Lumea Talent, Blue Rose Talent, P&P Agency, Space Management Agency, Calu Agency, Foxy Studios, Belle Muse, OMNYUM Management |
A short notice period is only useful if it is in the contract you sign. Marketing pages and FAQs are a good sign of intent, but the agreement is what counts if there is a dispute, so ask for the clause before you sign.
Which agencies state a minimum term?
3 agencies publish an initial term that applies before the notice period starts. That is not automatically unfair: some agencies invest in content and traffic in the first months and want time to show results. It does mean that "30 days' notice" only applies after the initial period.
| Agency | Initial term | Rank |
|---|---|---|
| Empire Management MX | 3 months, renewing quarterly | #7 |
| Hush Talent | 90 days | #11 |
| Space Management Agency | 3–6 months | #31 |
If you are offered an initial term, ask for a performance clause that lets you leave early if agreed targets are missed, and make sure the term does not renew automatically for another long period.
What "no lock-in" often leaves out
A no-lock-in promise covers how long you are bound. It says nothing about what leaving costs or what you take with you. When an agency's site stops at "cancel anytime", ask about:
- Post-termination commission. A "tail" that keeps paying the agency a share of your earnings for months after you leave. It turns a free exit into an expensive one.
- Exit or buyout fees. A fixed sum, or a share of projected earnings, owed when you end the agreement early.
- Account and content rights. Whether the login, the email, two-factor authentication and the content library stay yours. Of the 134 agencies we list, our statistics show how few state this clearly.
- Handover. How quickly the agency removes its access, hands back scheduled posts and stops messaging fans in your name.
- Non-compete or non-solicitation clauses. Terms that stop you working with another agency, or alone, for a period after you leave.
Our guide on how to leave an OnlyFans agency walks through each of these in order, and what to do if an agency took your account covers the worst case.

What to ask for before you sign
- A written notice period of 30 days or less, starting from the day you give notice, not from the next billing cycle.
- No minimum term, or a short initial term with a performance clause.
- No exit fee and no commission after the notice period ends. Commission should stop on earnings made after you leave.
- Your login, email, 2FA and payouts in your own name from day one, so leaving never depends on the agency's cooperation.
- A handover clause that sets how fast the agency removes access and returns material.
If an agency will not put these in writing, that is an answer in itself. Our contract checker flags lock-in, exit-fee and post-termination wording in an agreement you paste in, and the contract guide explains each clause. If you would rather avoid a long agreement altogether, read working with an agency without a contract first.
How these numbers are calculated
Each agency's website is checked against the exit-terms point of our 20-point checklist: "met" requires a published notice period of 30 days or less, no minimum term and no exit fee; "partly" means at least one of them is published. We then record each published term separately, which is where the notice-period and minimum-term figures come from. A term counts only if the agency states it on its own site; we do not count claims made on calls or in third-party articles. All figures were last checked Oct 24, 2026.
