Monthly report: what changed in October 2026, with every rank, score and commission movement.
— Every named company checked in the official register
- We looked up all 52 companies that listed agencies name on their own websites in the official registers (Companies House, Wyoming, Florida, Handelsregister, ABN Lookup, VIES and others). 27 are active, 16 are listed without a confirmable status, 5 could not be checked and 4 could not be found in the register their site points to. The result is now shown under the "company named" check on every review page, and the scams page lists the unconfirmed ones.
- Aruna Talent, P&P Agency and BLC Management name a company that does not exist in the register they point to (Wyoming; Companies House). The "company named" check no longer counts for them, which moves their scores under the same published rules. Aruna Talent is also on the warning list with the sources.
— Agency scams page and warning list
- New OnlyFans agency scams page: the eight scam patterns with what our data says about each, a 60-second self-check, a warning list of statements documented on agencies' own sites or on independent platforms (quote, source and date, never accusations), what to do after a scam, and a report form. Also in German and Spanish.
- Warning list: added White Door Management, whose named operating company is listed as dissolved in the Wyoming register since December 2024, with every source linked; new scam pattern 9, the company that does not exist, and a note on anonymised "payout statements" that cannot be checked against any account.
— Data guides, Spanish guides and a monthly report
- Three new guides built only from our listing data, with figures that update whenever a listing changes: commission by country, how many agencies lock you in and chatting agency prices. The commission rates guide now opens with the current data.
- Four more data articles: proof of results, who runs OnlyFans agencies, Fansly and Fanvue agencies in numbers and red flags in numbers, in English and German.
- Commission figures now separate full management from chat-only and hourly pricing. The published full-management range is 20–80% of earnings with a typical 40–50%; previously a 3% hourly add-on and a creator-share figure were counted as commission floors. The statistics, comparison table and shortlists use the corrected figures.
- Eight guides are now available in Spanish, and the three new guides in German.
- New monthly report: what changed in October 2026, with every rank, score, verification and commission movement from dated snapshots.
— Full re-check of all 134 agencies
- Every agency in the ranking was re-checked on October 24, 2026 against its own website and Trustpilot. 113 were unchanged; 21 had changes, which are now reflected in their reviews and scores.
- Newly published terms raised FONCE Agency (commission, term and payout terms) and Imperium MGMT Agency (50% of net); SugarCats now names its registered company.
- Where an agency no longer states something, the check was removed: for example the company details of Elance Models and Pure Angels Agency, and FameU's Trustpilot profile, which now belongs to a different business.
- Several agencies newly state exit, payout or ownership terms on their own pages; these are now counted under creator control.
— Lumina Connect re-checked, rankings by criterion and a fairer tiebreak
- The ranking is now available in Spanish: every agency review, the legitimacy checks, platform and criterion rankings, statistics and both tools. Guides follow later.
- Lumina Connect now publishes its commission (40–60% of net after the OnlyFans fee), links an X profile and has public Trustpilot reviews, and its marketing page names Reddit and TikTok/Reels. Re-scored with the same rules: 9.6, rank 2.
- New rankings by criterion: 12 lists that sort all agencies by one thing at a time, such as exit terms, commission on net or proof of results. Ties in the main ranking are now broken by verification checks, then by 20-point checklist points, then alphabetically.
— 134 agencies, Fansly & Fanvue rankings, two free tools and clearer disclosure
- Coverage grows to 134 agencies: 81 newly checked agencies from the US, UK, Europe (incl. Germany, Austria and Switzerland), Australia, Canada and Latin America, each scored with the same rules and the 20-point checklist.
- New platform pages: which agencies say they manage Fansly and Fanvue, with the quote and source for each, plus a comparison of OnlyFans chatting agencies and chat-only services.
- Two free tools that run in your browser: the agency finder and the contract checker.
- New country pages for Switzerland and France.
- New “Is it legit?” pages for every listed agency: what we could verify, the contract terms each agency publishes, and the questions to ask where something is missing.
- 41 head-to-head comparisons built from the same data as the ranking.
- The full dataset and methodology are now open data (CC BY 4.0), with an Atom feed for changes and a question index.
- Every review page now opens with a dated bottom line and a link to report an error; see the corrections and right-of-reply policy.
- Clearer disclosure: OnModelStudios is affiliated with the publisher and is disclosed in the hero, the footer, the About page and its own review. All agency links are now treated identically.
- Added a legal notice and a privacy policy.
— Five guides on agency contracts and fees
- New guides: agency contracts clause by clause, gross vs net commission, no-contract and month-to-month agencies, upfront fees and agency scams and what to do when an agency has your account. They draw on the checklist data and link each figure to the statistics page.
— OnlyFans agency statistics
- New statistics page with 40 figures on pricing, contracts, proof of results and operations across all listed agencies. Each figure has its own link, is recalculated whenever the listings change, and is free to reuse with credit. A JSON edition is kept for each month.
— 20-point agency checklist
- Every review page now has a 20-point checklist covering proof of results, contract terms and day-to-day operations. Each point is marked met, partly met or not found, with the page where we saw it. It is shown for comparison and does not change scores. How it works is on the about page; totals are also in the comparison table.
— One agency removed
- Removed one agency from the ranking; 53 agencies are now listed.
— Badges for listed agencies and eight new listings
- Every listed agency now has two free badges for its own website, a ranking badge and a reviewed badge, that update automatically with its rank, score and checks. The embed code is on each review page; details on the badges page.
- Added eight agencies that applied through the submission form, each researched from its own website and scored with the same published rules, among them Aruna Talent, Lumea Talent, Space Management Agency, Walzex Media, AT Agency, VANTA Management and Elance Models. 54 agencies were listed after this update.
- Two other applications were not added: one site's legal pages are still unpublished drafts, and one applicant is a creator rather than an agency.
— Scores now follow published rules
- Every agency is now scored with published rules: each of the six criteria gets 0–10 points from the evidence on the agency’s review page, and the score is the average. The rules are on the about page.
- Full marks on track record now need six years in business plus independent reviews and active socials, and full marks on specialization need five services beyond the core four, so a perfect score is harder to reach.
- Every review page now shows the evidence behind its score, criterion by criterion.
- Corrected the OnModelStudios listing to include the Reddit marketing, TikTok and Instagram growth and consultation services listed on its own website.
- Most scores fell and the order changed, because the rules only count what an agency publishes. Agencies that state their commission, name their company and publish exit terms moved up.
- Removed one agency from the ranking; 46 agencies are now listed.
— Comparison table, “best for” shortlists, glossary and this changelog
- New comparison table of all listed agencies: rank, score, base, published commission, verification checks and key services in one sortable view.
- Four data-led shortlists: for new creators, lowest published commission, most transparent and full service with leak protection.
- A glossary of OnlyFans and agency terms, from PPV and chatters to post-term commission.
- This changelog and an archive of past Agencies of the Month.
— State of OnlyFans Agencies 2026 report
- Published the State of OnlyFans Agencies 2026 report, with the full per-agency dataset as a CSV.
- Every agency page now answers the common questions about that agency — whether it checks out, what it charges, what it offers and the closest alternatives — from its own listing data.
— Listings re-researched, rates recorded, guides rebuilt
- Re-researched 45 agency profiles from each agency's own website, with the pages used listed under “Sources checked”.
- Recorded published commission rates for the 9 agencies that state one, each linked to its source page.
- Removed 4 agencies after re-checks: an expired website, an unbranded template site, a template site with placeholder text, and an agency that no longer offers OnlyFans management. 47 agencies are now listed.
- Corrected descriptions, locations or verification details on 16 listings.
- Rewrote 5 guides and added 4 new ones, including how to start an OnlyFans and agency vs going solo.
— Four creator guides
- Added guides on DM management, Reddit promotion, pricing and safety and scams.
— Deeper agency pages
- Every agency page gained sections built from its own data: what was verified, what to ask before signing and how it compares with nearby agencies.
— Six-point verification check
- Every listing now carries a six-point verification check, confirmed from the agency's own site or an independent source, with the date of the check.
- Removed 9 agencies whose websites were dead or redirected elsewhere.
— Agency of the Month
- Introduced the monthly Agency of the Month pick, shown above the ranking.
Agency of the Month archive
Each month we highlight agencies above the ranking. The pick does not change an agency’s rank or score, and no agency pays for it. Disclosure: OnModelStudios (ranked #1) is affiliated with ON STUDIOS MANAGEMENT LLC, the publisher of this site. It is scored with the same published rules and checks as every other agency.
