Corrections and right of reply
Every listing on OFAgencies is built from what an agency publishes and what independent public sources show, and every check is dated. Agencies change their websites and terms, so listings can go out of date. This page explains how to get something corrected and how agencies can respond.
How to report an error
- Email ofagencies@gmail.com with the page and the detail you think is wrong. Every review page has a "Report an error" link that fills in the subject.
- Include a link to a public source that shows the correct information, such as the agency's own terms page, a company register entry or an independent review page.
- We check the source and, if it holds up, update the listing, the score (the rules recalculate it automatically) and the check date.
We aim to review reports within 7 days. We correct facts when there is public evidence for them. We do not change scores on request, remove unfavourable but accurate information, or accept private documents we cannot cite.
Right of reply for agencies
If you run a listed agency and disagree with how it is described, email us from an address on your agency's domain. We will review your points against public evidence. Where the published information changes, for example because you publish your commission or exit terms, the listing and score update to match. The quickest way to a higher score is publishing more about how you work; each review page lists what is missing.
