Imperium MGMT Agency Review

About Imperium MGMT Agency

Imperium MGMT Agency is the trade name of Praetorium LLC, formed in August 2025 by three founders who say they each ran creator agencies from 2021; its terms are governed by Indiana law. It offers OnlyFans management, social media growth, content production, branding, content protection and white-label management, plus a standalone 24/7 chat team for self-managed creators. It says it has 24 employees plus chat teams and has served 50+ creators.

What stands out: Offers chat teams to self-managed creators separately from full management, with rotating 24/7 shifts and structured handoffs.

What Imperium MGMT Agency offers

Imperium MGMT Agency lists 6 services and operates out of United States. Its offering centres on day-to-day running of the account — pricing, posting schedule and the operational decisions that otherwise eat a creator’s week, along with fan messaging, which is where the majority of OnlyFans revenue is actually made and where most solo creators leave money behind.
