OnlyFans Chatting Agency Prices 2026: What Chat-Only Services Charge

Short answer: 21 of the 134 OnlyFans agencies we track sell a chat-only service, but only 8 publish what it costs. Published chat-only percentages start between 12.5% and 25% (median starting rate 20%), against a typical 40–50% for full management. The rate matters less than what it is charged on: some agencies take a share of message and tip income only, others of all chat revenue, and one charges by the hour.

Every figure here comes from what agencies state on their own websites, recorded in our listings and updated automatically when a listing changes. If you are still deciding whether you need chatting alone or the whole package, start with chatting agency vs full management.

What do OnlyFans chatting agencies charge?

These are all the chat-only prices published by agencies on our list, sorted from the lowest starting rate. "Charged on" is the income the percentage applies to, as each agency states it.

Three things are worth noticing. In our data the starting percentages cluster around 20–25%, roughly half of what full management costs. Several agencies exclude subscription income and charge only on messages and tips, which is the part of your income chatters actually influence. And "from" rates are starting points: ask what moves you up the range.

Why the base matters more than the percentage

A simple illustration: a creator receives $10,000 in a month after the OnlyFans fee, of which $6,000 is subscriptions and $4,000 is messages and tips.

The same "25%" can therefore cost more than twice as much from one agency to the next. Ask for the base in writing, and check it against your own earnings breakdown in the OnlyFans statements before you sign.

Agencies that sell chat-only but publish no price

These agencies say on their websites that they offer chatting as a standalone service, but do not state what it costs:

Bunny Agency, Imperium MGMT Agency, Pyros Management, MAHO Management, TDM Agency, Only Gems Management, VANTA Management, Nest Talent, Selene Management, FansHub, Fiora Management, Ghost Chatters, The Creator Crew Studio, Myra Management

That does not make them worse, but it means the price, the base and the minimum hours are all up for negotiation. Get them in writing before the chatters log in.

What a fair chat-only deal should include

Our guide to OnlyFans DM management covers how to run messaging well, whether you hand it over or not, and our list of OnlyFans chatting agencies ranks every agency that offers chatting.

Chat-only or full management?

Chat-only makes sense when your traffic already works: you bring in subscribers through your own socials, and the bottleneck is answering them fast and selling well. Full management makes sense when the problem is getting new fans in the first place, because that is the work the higher percentage pays for. Paying a full-management rate for what is mostly chatting is one of the most common ways creators overpay; the commission rates guide shows what each level should include, and the commission calculator lets you compare both models against what you keep today.

How these numbers are calculated

An agency counts as selling chat-only if its own website offers chatting as a standalone service, separate from full management. A price counts only if the agency publishes it there. Where an agency publishes a range or a "from" price, we use the lowest stated rate as its starting rate; the hourly model is listed but left out of the percentage figures. Frequently asked questions

How much do OnlyFans chatting agencies charge?

21 of the 134 agencies we track sell a chat-only service and 8 publish a price. Published chat-only percentages start between 12.5% and 25% (median starting rate 20%), and one agency charges by the hour plus a small percentage. Full management typically costs 40–50%.

Do chatting agencies take a cut of subscriptions?

It depends on the agency. Several charge only on message and tip income and leave subscription income to the creator; others charge on all chat revenue or on net revenue including renewals. The same percentage can cost more than twice as much depending on the base, so get it in writing.

Is a chat-only agency better than full management?

Chat-only suits creators whose traffic already works and who need fast, skilled replies. Full management suits creators who need new fans, because marketing is what the higher percentage pays for. Compare both against what you keep today.
