This policy explains what personal data OFAgencies processes when you visit the site, use the submission form or email us. The short version: we do not use cookies, advertising or third-party tracking, and our visitor statistics contain no IP addresses.

Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you load a page, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This is necessary to run the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify processes this data in the United States; its privacy policy describes its safeguards for international transfers.
Visitor statistics
We count page views with our own lightweight counter. When a page loads, your browser sends us the page path, the referring website (if any) and whether this is your first visit today. To know that, the site stores one value in your browser's local storage: the key ofa_d containing only today's date. We store daily totals per page and per referrer category (for example "Google" or "ChatGPT"). We do not store IP addresses, do not set cookies, do not build profiles and do not share the data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can clear the local storage value in your browser settings at any time.
Submission form
If you use the get-listed form, we receive the agency name, website, contact email, location, services and your message. The form is processed by Netlify Forms. We use the data only to review the listing request and reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete submissions once they are handled, at the latest after 24 months.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.
Links to other websites
Agency names link to the agencies' own websites. Once you follow such a link, the operator of that site is responsible for its data processing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email ofagencies@gmail.com.
