State of OnlyFans Agencies 2026: What 134 Agencies Disclose
Creators choosing an OnlyFans management agency usually have to take the agency's word for it. We checked what 134 agencies actually put on the public record: who owns them, how to reach them, what they charge and what they offer. Every figure below comes from the agencies' own websites and independent public sources, recorded one listing at a time in our ranking.
Key findings
- Pricing is mostly private. Only 33 of 134 agencies (25%) state a commission rate on their own site. Published full-management rates run from 20% to 80%.
- Most agencies are hard to pin down legally. 49 of 134 (37%) name the company behind the brand, and 107 (80%) give a contact address or imprint rather than just a form.
- Independent reviews are rare. We found independent public reviews for 18 agencies (13%).
- Few pass every check. 6 agencies meet all six verification points; the median agency meets 3.
- Leak protection is a minority service. 114 agencies (85%) offer chatting, but only 51 (38%) list DMCA or leak protection.
What agencies charge
33 agencies publish a number. 16 of them say the commission is taken after OnlyFans' 20% platform fee, which matters: 50% of net is a very different deal from 50% of gross. Of the top ten agencies in our ranking, 10 publish their rate.

Rates as stated on each agency's own website, checked Oct 24, 2026. 33 of the 134 agencies we list publish a number; the rest only discuss pricing on a call. Each agency name links to its full review and the page the rate came from.

Who is behind the agency
A contract is only as good as the company that signs it. Here is how many of the 134 agencies confirm each point of our six-point check:
An unticked point is not an accusation. It means the information was not on the agency's site or in the sources we checked, and that you should ask for it before signing. Our 15 questions to ask an agency cover each one.
How many checks agencies pass
The ten highest-ranked agencies pass 5.1 checks on average, against 3.3 for the rest. That is partly by design, because published terms and named ownership feed into the score, and it is the point: transparency is the clearest public signal a creator has.
What agencies offer
Where agencies are based
One agency each: Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Poland, South Africa, Ukraine.
"Global" covers agencies that work internationally or do not name a single home country.
What this means for creators
- Ask for the commission in writing, and ask whether it is taken from gross or net earnings. Most agencies will not volunteer it.
- Find out which company signs the contract. If you cannot, you have no one to enforce it against. See 10 red flags in agency contracts.
- Keep your logins, payouts and content in your own name, and know how you would leave before you sign. See how to leave an agency.
- Compare against going it alone. Our guide to agency vs going solo shows how much an agency has to add to be worth its cut.
Methodology
The data covers the 134 agencies listed in the OFAgencies ranking on Oct 27, 2026. Each verification point was confirmed only from the agency's own website or an independent public source, between Oct 5, 2026 and Oct 27, 2026. Commission rates are recorded only when the agency states them on its own site, with a link to the page. Anything we could not confirm is counted as not confirmed. Agencies whose websites went dark, turned out to be unfinished templates or stopped offering creator management have been removed from the ranking, and so from this data. The full method is on our about page.
Disclosure: OnModelStudios (ranked #1) is affiliated with ON STUDIOS MANAGEMENT LLC, the publisher of this site. It is scored with the same published rules and checks as every other agency. Every figure here can be verified from the per-agency data file.

Frequently asked questions
What percentage do OnlyFans agencies take?
Among the 33 agencies in our ranking that publish a rate, published full-management commissions run from 20% to 80%, and 16 of them say the percentage is calculated after OnlyFans' own 20% fee. The other 101 agencies only discuss pricing privately.
How many OnlyFans agencies publish their prices?
33 of the 134 agencies we track (25%) state a commission rate on their own website. Everyone else quotes it on a call or in a contract.
How can I check whether an OnlyFans agency is legit?
Confirm six things before signing: the website is live, a registered company is named, there is a real contact address or imprint, social profiles are active, independent reviews exist, and terms are stated publicly. Only 6 of the 134 agencies we track meet all six; the median meets 3.
