Is Imperium MGMT Agency legit? What we could verify

Imperium MGMT Agency is ranked #16 of 134 in our ranking (score 6.9/10) and lists the United States as its base. It states it was founded in 2025. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms Imperium MGMT Agency publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.

The six verification checks

Imperium MGMT Agency passed 4 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 23 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 4, and 41 others pass exactly 4. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

Legitimacy signals from its own pages

The seven contract terms below come from our 20-point checklist and were reviewed against Imperium MGMT Agency's own pages on Oct 18, 2026. Only 3 are stated in full, 1 in part; the other 3 do not appear on its public pages.

Proof it shows

Imperium MGMT Agency shows none of the six proof points in our checklist: we found no unedited earnings dashboards, no creators speaking on camera and no documented case study. Treat any earnings claim as unverified until you see evidence.

What is missing: questions to ask Imperium MGMT Agency

5 points could not be confirmed from public sources. Each one below is a question to put to Imperium MGMT Agency before you sign, ideally by email so the answer is on record:

1. Active social media presence. Which social media accounts does the agency itself run? We found no active profile linked from its site.
2. Independent public reviews. Can you speak to a creator currently on the roster? We found no independent reviews to check against.
3. Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterward. Do platform payouts go straight to your own bank account, with the agency invoicing its share afterwards?
4. Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
5. No upfront fees. Are there any setup, onboarding or other upfront fees? Its pages never say it charges none.

Only partly stated: ask for the rest in writing

• Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission ranges. What its pages say: “Separate full-management and chat-only options; no rates published”. What does each service level cost, full management compared with chat-only?

How to check Imperium MGMT Agency yourself

1. Search for Praetorium LLC on OpenCorporates or in the Secretary of State business search of the US state it is registered in. Its pages don't say which state, so ask Imperium MGMT Agency.
2. Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “Imperium MGMT Agency reviews”, “Imperium MGMT Agency Trustpilot”, “Imperium MGMT Agency Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found none.
3. Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. Imperium MGMT Agency's pages say: Homepage says a sample agreement is available on request through the contact page. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
4. Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.
