Is YOU. Agency legit? What we could verify

Short answer: YOU. Agency passes 4 of 6 public verification checks: it lists a contact address, independent reviews exist (Trustpilot: 7 reviews, 4.3 rating), it links active social media profiles and its website is live. But it names no registered company and it does not state its terms publicly. Of the seven contract terms we look for, its pages state none in full and 1 in part.

YOU. Agency is ranked #69 of 134 in our ranking (score 4.3/10) and lists Germany as its base. It states it was founded in 2017. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms YOU. Agency publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.

The six verification checks

YOU. Agency passed 4 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 23 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 4, and 41 others pass exactly 4. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

Legitimacy signals from its own pages

The seven contract terms below come from our 20-point checklist and were reviewed against YOU. Agency's own pages on Oct 18, 2026. None is stated in full and 1 only in part; the other 6 do not appear on its public pages.

Proof it shows

YOU. Agency shows none of the six proof points in our checklist: we found no unedited earnings dashboards, no creators speaking on camera and no documented case study. Treat any earnings claim as unverified until you see evidence.

What is missing: questions to ask YOU. Agency

8 points could not be confirmed from public sources. Each one below is a question to put to YOU. Agency before you sign, ideally by email so the answer is on record:

  1. Company or registration named. Which registered company will sign the contract, and in which country is it registered? Ask for the registration number so you can look it up yourself.
  2. Terms stated publicly. What exactly is the commission, and is it calculated on gross or net earnings? It states no terms publicly.
  3. Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreement. How long is the notice period, is there a minimum term, and is there any fee for leaving? This belongs in the contract, not only in a call.
  4. Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterward. Do platform payouts go straight to your own bank account, with the agency invoicing its share afterwards?
  5. Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
  6. No upfront fees. Are there any setup, onboarding or other upfront fees? Its pages never say it charges none.
  7. Sample agreement available before the first call. Will it send you a sample agreement before the first call?
  8. Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission ranges. What does each service level cost, full management compared with chat-only?

Only partly stated: ask for the rest in writing

How to check YOU. Agency yourself

  1. YOU. Agency names no company on its pages, so first ask which legal entity would sign your contract and where it is registered. Then look it up in the Handelsregister.
  2. Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “YOU. Agency reviews”, “YOU. Agency Trustpilot”, “YOU. Agency Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found: Trustpilot: 7 reviews, 4.3 rating.
  3. Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. YOU. Agency's pages don't offer one, so ask for it. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
  4. Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.

Frequently asked questions

Is YOU. Agency legit?

We don't certify any agency as legit, and we don't call any agency a scam. What we can say: YOU. Agency passes 4 of 6 public verification checks (checked Oct 24, 2026), and its own pages state none of the 7 contract terms we look for in full and 1 in part. Not confirmed: company or registration named and terms stated publicly.

Does YOU. Agency publish its commission?

No. YOU. Agency publishes neither a commission rate nor other terms on its website. Ask for the exact percentage, and whether it is taken from gross or net earnings, before any call.

Does the creator keep the account and payouts with YOU. Agency?

On the account, its pages say only part of it: “Says the creator always keeps control over how images are used; account ownership not stated”. They don't describe payouts going straight to the creator. Whatever the website says, get both written into the contract.

YOU. Agency lists Germany as its base. It names no registered company. Contact details on its site: Impressum: Florian Sapper (owner), In den Seewiesen 26, 89520 Heidenheim an der Brenz; email listed.
