Is TalentGrow legit? What we could verify
Short answer: TalentGrow passes 4 of 6 public verification checks: it lists a contact address, it states its terms publicly, it links active social media profiles and its website is live. But it names no registered company and no independent reviews were found. On its own pages it states 4 of the 7 contract terms we look for in full and 3 more in part.
TalentGrow is ranked #9 of 134 in our ranking (score 7.4/10) and lists the United Kingdom as its base. It states it was founded in 2025. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms TalentGrow publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.
The six verification checks
TalentGrow passed 4 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 23 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 4, and 41 others pass exactly 4. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

Legitimacy signals from its own pages
The seven contract terms below come from our 20-point checklist and were reviewed against TalentGrow's own pages on Oct 18, 2026. 4 are stated in full, 3 only in part.

- Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterwardOnlyFans pays the creator directly; terms: 'We invoice for the agreed percentage after you have been paid' Source

Proof it shows
Of the six proof points in our checklist, TalentGrow meets 3 in full and 1 in part. These are the ones it shows:
- Publishes unedited creator earnings dashboardsResults page shows earnings dashboard and statement screenshots (24h, 7-day, 90-day, all-time) with creator/fan identity redacted Source
- Shows a documented before-and-after growth case on a single accountPartly: Case I cites ~$4K/month before management and $27,213 net in July 2026; the 'before' figures are text only, not documented Source
- Backs top-creator numbers with real dashboards instead of slogansHeadline figures ($27,213 net month, $163,132 net all-time) shown with statement/dashboard screenshots Source
- Explains net vs gross and labels outlier results honestlyLabels figures net vs gross (e.g. $163,132 net of $203,918 gross); says it can't predict outcomes, calls one case 'an ordinary month' and notes 'Spikes are easy to screenshot' Source
What is missing: questions to ask TalentGrow
2 points could not be confirmed. Ask about each before you sign, in writing if possible:
- Company or registration named. Which registered company will sign the contract, and in which country is it registered? Ask for the registration number so you can look it up yourself.
- Independent public reviews. Can you speak to a creator currently on the roster? We found no independent reviews to check against.
Only partly stated: ask for the rest in writing
- Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. What its pages say: “Split 'is worked out after OnlyFans takes its 20%'; nothing on refunds/chargebacks”. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
- Sample agreement available before the first call. What its pages say: “Public terms of service state notice, ownership and payout terms; the client agreement itself is not published”. Will it send you a sample agreement before the first call?
- Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission ranges. What its pages say: “Published commission bands by monthly earnings, but one service level ('same team at every band'), no chat-only tier”. What does each service level cost, full management compared with chat-only?
How to check TalentGrow yourself
- TalentGrow names no company on its pages, so first ask which legal entity would sign your contract and where it is registered. Then look it up on Companies House.
- Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “TalentGrow reviews”, “TalentGrow Trustpilot”, “TalentGrow Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found none.
- Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. TalentGrow's pages cover this only in part: Public terms of service state notice, ownership and payout terms; the client agreement itself is not published. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
- Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.
Frequently asked questions
Is TalentGrow legit?
We don't certify any agency as legit, and we don't call any agency a scam. What we can say: TalentGrow passes 4 of 6 public verification checks (checked Oct 24, 2026), and its own pages state 4 of the 7 contract terms we look for in full and 3 in part. Not confirmed: company or registration named and independent public reviews.
Does TalentGrow publish its commission?
Yes. TalentGrow publishes a commission of 60% under $10K/month; 50% $10K–$30K; 40% from $30K (agency share; creator keeps 40–60%) (of net earnings after OnlyFans' 20% fee; band applies to the whole month) on its own website; we last checked it on Oct 18, 2026. Make sure the same rate and basis appear in your contract.
Does the creator keep the account and payouts with TalentGrow?
On the account, its pages state: “Creator owns the account, content and login; terms: 'You retain full ownership of, and access to, your accounts at all times'”. On payouts: “OnlyFans pays the creator directly; terms: 'We invoice for the agreed percentage after you have been paid'”. Whatever the website says, get both written into the contract.
