Is Neon Grace Agency legit? What we could verify

Neon Grace Agency is ranked #127 of 134 in our ranking (score 2.2/10) and lists the United Kingdom as its base. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms Neon Grace Agency publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.

The six verification checks

Neon Grace Agency passed only 2 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 109 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 2, and 17 others pass exactly 2. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

Legitimacy signals from its own pages

The seven contract terms below come from our 20-point checklist and were reviewed against Neon Grace Agency's own pages on Oct 14, 2026. None is stated in full and 1 only in part; the other 6 do not appear on its public pages.

Proof it shows

Neon Grace Agency shows none of the six proof points in our checklist: we found no unedited earnings dashboards, no creators speaking on camera and no documented case study. Treat any earnings claim as unverified until you see evidence.

What is missing: questions to ask Neon Grace Agency

10 points could not be confirmed from public sources. Each one below is a question to put to Neon Grace Agency before you sign, ideally by email so the answer is on record:

1. Company or registration named. Which registered company will sign the contract, and in which country is it registered? Ask for the registration number so you can look it up yourself.
2. Active social media presence. Which social media accounts does the agency itself run? We found no active profile linked from its site.
3. Independent public reviews. Can you speak to a creator currently on the roster? We found no independent reviews to check against.
4. Terms stated publicly. What exactly is the commission, and is it calculated on gross or net earnings? It states no terms publicly.
5. Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreement. How long is the notice period, is there a minimum term, and is there any fee for leaving? This belongs in the contract, not only in a call.
6. Creator keeps the login, content and fans. Will you keep your login, email, 2FA and full ownership of your content and fans? Get it confirmed in writing.
7. Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterward. Do platform payouts go straight to your own bank account, with the agency invoicing its share afterwards?
8. Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
9. No upfront fees. Are there any setup, onboarding or other upfront fees? Its pages never say it charges none.
10. Sample agreement available before the first call. Will it send you a sample agreement before the first call?

Only partly stated: ask for the rest in writing

• Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission ranges. What its pages say: “Distinct services (management, growth, consultations, audits); priced case by case, no rates”. What does each service level cost, full management compared with chat-only?

How to check Neon Grace Agency yourself

1. Neon Grace Agency names no company on its pages, so first ask which legal entity would sign your contract and where it is registered. Then look it up on Companies House.
2. Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “Neon Grace Agency reviews”, “Neon Grace Agency Trustpilot”, “Neon Grace Agency Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found none.
3. Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. Neon Grace Agency's pages don't offer one, so ask for it. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
4. Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.
