Is Infinity Agencia legit? What we could verify

Infinity Agencia is ranked #110 of 134 in our ranking (score 2.9/10) and lists Mexico as its base. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms Infinity Agencia publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.

The six verification checks

Infinity Agencia passed only 2 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 109 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 2, and 17 others pass exactly 2. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

Legitimacy signals from its own pages

The seven contract terms below come from our 20-point checklist and were reviewed against Infinity Agencia's own pages on Oct 18, 2026. Only 1 is stated in full, 1 in part; the other 5 do not appear on its public pages.

• Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreementNot found on its public pages
• Creator keeps the login, content and fansNot found on its public pages
• Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterwardPartly: Payouts settled biweekly or monthly to the creator's bank, crypto or international wallet; unclear whether the agency collects first Source
• Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deductedNot found on its public pages
• No upfront feesFAQ: 'No. Infinity Agencia invierte todos los recursos iniciales' (agency covers initial resources) Source
• Sample agreement available before the first callNot found on its public pages
• Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission rangesNot found on its public pages

Proof it shows

Of the six proof points in our checklist, Infinity Agencia meets none in full and 1 in part. These are the ones it shows:

• Has creators speaking about the agency on cameraPartly: Three embedded YouTube testimonial videos with no names, tenure or figures shown Source

What is missing: questions to ask Infinity Agencia

9 points could not be confirmed from public sources. Each one below is a question to put to Infinity Agencia before you sign, ideally by email so the answer is on record:

1. Company or registration named. Which registered company will sign the contract, and in which country is it registered? Ask for the registration number so you can look it up yourself.
2. Active social media presence. Which social media accounts does the agency itself run? We found no active profile linked from its site.
3. Independent public reviews. Can you speak to a creator currently on the roster? We found no independent reviews to check against.
4. Terms stated publicly. What exactly is the commission, and is it calculated on gross or net earnings? It states no terms publicly.
5. Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreement. How long is the notice period, is there a minimum term, and is there any fee for leaving? This belongs in the contract, not only in a call.
6. Creator keeps the login, content and fans. Will you keep your login, email, 2FA and full ownership of your content and fans? Get it confirmed in writing.
7. Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
8. Sample agreement available before the first call. Will it send you a sample agreement before the first call?
9. Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission ranges. What does each service level cost, full management compared with chat-only?

Only partly stated: ask for the rest in writing

• Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterward. What its pages say: “Payouts settled biweekly or monthly to the creator's bank, crypto or international wallet; unclear whether the agency collects first”. Do platform payouts go straight to your own bank account, with the agency invoicing its share afterwards?

How to check Infinity Agencia yourself

1. Infinity Agencia names no company on its pages, so first ask which legal entity would sign your contract and where it is registered. Then look it up on OpenCorporates, which indexes official company registers worldwide.
2. Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “Infinity Agencia reviews”, “Infinity Agencia Trustpilot”, “Infinity Agencia Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found none.
3. Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. Infinity Agencia's pages don't offer one, so ask for it. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
4. Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.
