Is Erox Agency legit? What we could verify

Short answer: Erox Agency passes 3 of 6 public verification checks: it lists a contact address, it links active social media profiles and its website is live. But it names no registered company, it does not state its terms publicly and no independent reviews were found. Of the seven contract terms we look for, its pages state only 1 in full and 1 in part.

Erox Agency is ranked #86 of 134 in our ranking (score 3.8/10) and lists Brazil as its base. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms Erox Agency publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.

The six verification checks

Erox Agency passed 3 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 65 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 3, and 43 others pass exactly 3. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

Legitimacy signals from its own pages

The seven contract terms below come from our 20-point checklist and were reviewed against Erox Agency's own pages on Oct 18, 2026. Only 1 is stated in full, 1 in part; the other 5 do not appear on its public pages.

Proof it shows

Of the six proof points in our checklist, Erox Agency meets none in full and 2 in part. These are the ones it shows:

What is missing: questions to ask Erox Agency

8 points could not be confirmed from public sources. Each one below is a question to put to Erox Agency before you sign, ideally by email so the answer is on record:

  1. Company or registration named. Which registered company will sign the contract, and in which country is it registered? Ask for the registration number so you can look it up yourself.
  2. Independent public reviews. Can you speak to a creator currently on the roster? We found no independent reviews to check against.
  3. Terms stated publicly. What exactly is the commission, and is it calculated on gross or net earnings? It states no terms publicly.
  4. Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreement. How long is the notice period, is there a minimum term, and is there any fee for leaving? This belongs in the contract, not only in a call.
  5. Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
  6. No upfront fees. Are there any setup, onboarding or other upfront fees? Its pages never say it charges none.
  7. Sample agreement available before the first call. Will it send you a sample agreement before the first call?
  8. Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission ranges. What does each service level cost, full management compared with chat-only?

Only partly stated: ask for the rest in writing

How to check Erox Agency yourself

  1. Erox Agency names no company on its pages, so first ask which legal entity would sign your contract and where it is registered. Then look it up on OpenCorporates, which indexes official company registers worldwide.
  2. Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “Erox Agency reviews”, “Erox Agency Trustpilot”, “Erox Agency Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found none.
  3. Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. Erox Agency's pages don't offer one, so ask for it. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
  4. Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.

Frequently asked questions

Is Erox Agency legit?

We don't certify any agency as legit, and we don't call any agency a scam. What we can say: Erox Agency passes 3 of 6 public verification checks (checked Oct 24, 2026), and its own pages state 1 of the 7 contract terms we look for in full and 1 in part. Not confirmed: company or registration named, independent public reviews and terms stated publicly.

Does Erox Agency publish its commission?

No. Erox Agency publishes neither a commission rate nor other terms on its website. Ask for the exact percentage, and whether it is taken from gross or net earnings, before any call.

Does the creator keep the account and payouts with Erox Agency?

On the account, its pages state: “'You always own your accounts' (homepage) and 'You retain all content rights' (FAQ)”. On payouts, only partly: “FAQ: 'various payment methods, generally paid monthly'; flow not explained”. Whatever the website says, get both written into the contract.

Where is Erox Agency based?

Erox Agency lists Brazil as its base. It names no registered company. Contact details on its site: WhatsApp number +55 21 97171-7705 published.
