Is Eros Agency legit? What we could verify
Short answer: Apart from a live website and active social profiles, little about Eros Agency could be confirmed from public sources: it names no registered company, it lists no contact address or imprint, it does not state its terms publicly and no independent reviews were found. Of the seven contract terms we look for, its pages state none in full and 1 in part.
Eros Agency is ranked #121 of 134 in our ranking (score 2.3/10) and lists the United States as its base. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms Eros Agency publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.
The six verification checks
Eros Agency passed only 2 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 109 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 2, and 17 others pass exactly 2. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

What is missing: questions to ask Eros Agency
10 points could not be confirmed from public sources. Each one below is a question to put to Eros Agency before you sign, ideally by email so the answer is on record:
- Company or registration named. Which registered company will sign the contract, and in which country is it registered? Ask for the registration number so you can look it up yourself.
- Contact address or imprint. What is the agency's business address? A contact form alone leaves you nobody to hold to account if something goes wrong.
- Independent public reviews. Can you speak to a creator currently on the roster? We found no independent reviews to check against.
- Terms stated publicly. What exactly is the commission, and is it calculated on gross or net earnings? It states no terms publicly.
- Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreement. How long is the notice period, is there a minimum term, and is there any fee for leaving? This belongs in the contract, not only in a call.
- Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterward. Do platform payouts go straight to your own bank account, with the agency invoicing its share afterwards?
- Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
- No upfront fees. Are there any setup, onboarding or other upfront fees? Its pages never say it charges none.
- Sample agreement available before the first call. Will it send you a sample agreement before the first call?
- Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission ranges. What does each service level cost, full management compared with chat-only?
Only partly stated: ask for the rest in writing
- Creator keeps the login, content and fans. What its pages say: “States clients keep full access and control over accounts; content ownership not stated”. Will you keep your login, email, 2FA and full ownership of your content and fans? Get it confirmed in writing.
How to check Eros Agency yourself
- Eros Agency names no company on its pages, so first ask which legal entity would sign your contract and where it is registered. Then search for it in that state's Secretary of State business search, or on OpenCorporates.
- Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “Eros Agency reviews”, “Eros Agency Trustpilot”, “Eros Agency Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found none.
- Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. Eros Agency's pages don't offer one, so ask for it. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
- Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.
Frequently asked questions
Is Eros Agency legit?
We don't certify any agency as legit, and we don't call any agency a scam. What we can say: Eros Agency passes 2 of 6 public verification checks (checked Oct 24, 2026), and its own pages state none of the 7 contract terms we look for in full and 1 in part. Not confirmed: company or registration named, contact address or imprint, independent public reviews and terms stated publicly.
Does Eros Agency publish its commission?
No. Eros Agency publishes neither a commission rate nor other terms on its website. Ask for the exact percentage, and whether it is taken from gross or net earnings, before any call.
Does the creator keep the account and payouts with Eros Agency?
On the account, its pages say only part of it: “States clients keep full access and control over accounts; content ownership not stated”. They don't describe payouts going straight to the creator. Whatever the website says, get both written into the contract.

Eros Agency lists the United States as its base. It names no registered company. We found no contact address or imprint.
