Is Agenzia OnlyFans legit? What we could verify

Agenzia OnlyFans is ranked #82 of 134 in our ranking (score 4.0/10) and lists Italy as its base. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms Agenzia OnlyFans publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.

The six verification checks

Agenzia OnlyFans passed only 2 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 109 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 2, and 17 others pass exactly 2. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

Legitimacy signals from its own pages

The seven contract terms below come from our 20-point checklist and were reviewed against Agenzia OnlyFans's own pages on Oct 14, 2026. None of them appears on its public pages, which is why the list of questions below is long.

• Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreementNot found on its public pages
• Creator keeps the login, content and fansNot found on its public pages
• Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterwardNot found on its public pages
• Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deductedNot found on its public pages
• No upfront feesNot found on its public pages
• Sample agreement available before the first callNot found on its public pages
• Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission rangesNot found on its public pages

Proof it shows

Agenzia OnlyFans shows none of the six proof points in our checklist: we found no unedited earnings dashboards, no creators speaking on camera and no documented case study. Treat any earnings claim as unverified until you see evidence.

What is missing: questions to ask Agenzia OnlyFans

11 points could not be confirmed from public sources. Each one below is a question to put to Agenzia OnlyFans before you sign, ideally by email so the answer is on record:

1. Contact address or imprint. What is the agency's business address? A contact form alone leaves you nobody to hold to account if something goes wrong.
2. Active social media presence. Which social media accounts does the agency itself run? We found no active profile linked from its site.
3. Independent public reviews. Can you speak to a creator currently on the roster? We found no independent reviews to check against.
4. Terms stated publicly. What exactly is the commission, and is it calculated on gross or net earnings? It states no terms publicly.
5. Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreement. How long is the notice period, is there a minimum term, and is there any fee for leaving? This belongs in the contract, not only in a call.
6. Creator keeps the login, content and fans. Will you keep your login, email, 2FA and full ownership of your content and fans? Get it confirmed in writing.
7. Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterward. Do platform payouts go straight to your own bank account, with the agency invoicing its share afterwards?
8. Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
9. No upfront fees. Are there any setup, onboarding or other upfront fees? Its pages never say it charges none.
10. Sample agreement available before the first call. Will it send you a sample agreement before the first call?
11. Clear service tiers (full management vs chat-only) with transparent commission ranges. What does each service level cost, full management compared with chat-only?

How to check Agenzia OnlyFans yourself

1. Look up Artematika Srls on OpenCorporates, which indexes official company registers worldwide, and check that it is listed as active in Italy.
2. Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “Agenzia OnlyFans reviews”, “Agenzia OnlyFans Trustpilot”, “Agenzia OnlyFans Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found none.
3. Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. Agenzia OnlyFans's pages don't offer one, so ask for it. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
4. Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.
