Is Adastra OFM legit? What we could verify

Short answer: Adastra OFM passes 3 of 6 public verification checks: it states its terms publicly, it links active social media profiles and its website is live. But it names no registered company, it lists no contact address or imprint and no independent reviews were found. Of the seven contract terms we look for, its pages state only 1 in full and 1 in part.

Adastra OFM is ranked #60 of 134 in our ranking (score 4.7/10) and lists Italy as its base. It states it was founded in 2021. Before you hand any agency access to your account, it is worth knowing what can actually be checked. We don't label agencies as legit or as a scam. This page sets out the evidence instead: the six public verification checks behind our ranking, the contract terms Adastra OFM publishes on its own pages, and a question for every gap.

The six verification checks

Adastra OFM passed 3 of the six checks on Oct 24, 2026. For comparison: 65 of the 134 agencies we list pass more than 3, and 43 others pass exactly 3. A check only counts when we found the evidence ourselves, on the agency's site or an independent source. “Not confirmed” means we could not find it, not that the opposite is proven.

Legitimacy signals from its own pages

The seven contract terms below come from our 20-point checklist and were reviewed against Adastra OFM's own pages on Oct 14, 2026. Only 1 is stated in full, 1 in part; the other 5 do not appear on its public pages.

Proof it shows

Of the six proof points in our checklist, Adastra OFM meets none in full and 1 in part. These are the ones it shows:

What is missing: questions to ask Adastra OFM

8 points could not be confirmed from public sources. Each one below is a question to put to Adastra OFM before you sign, ideally by email so the answer is on record:

  1. Company or registration named. Which registered company will sign the contract, and in which country is it registered? Ask for the registration number so you can look it up yourself.
  2. Contact address or imprint. What is the agency's business address? A contact form alone leaves you nobody to hold to account if something goes wrong.
  3. Independent public reviews. Can you speak to a creator currently on the roster? We found no independent reviews to check against.
  4. Short exit notice, no minimum term, no exit penalties, written into the agreement. How long is the notice period, is there a minimum term, and is there any fee for leaving? This belongs in the contract, not only in a call.
  5. Creator keeps the login, content and fans. Will you keep your login, email, 2FA and full ownership of your content and fans? Get it confirmed in writing.
  6. Payouts go straight to the creator's bank, and the commission is invoiced afterward. Do platform payouts go straight to your own bank account, with the agency invoicing its share afterwards?
  7. Commission only on what the platform actually pays out, with refunds and chargebacks deducted. Is commission calculated on what the platform actually pays out, after refunds and chargebacks?
  8. Sample agreement available before the first call. Will it send you a sample agreement before the first call?

Only partly stated: ask for the rest in writing

How to check Adastra OFM yourself

  1. Adastra OFM names no company on its pages, so first ask which legal entity would sign your contract and where it is registered. Then look it up on OpenCorporates, which indexes official company registers worldwide.
  2. Search for independent reviews and other creators' experiences: “Adastra OFM reviews”, “Adastra OFM Trustpilot”, “Adastra OFM Reddit”. Reviews hosted on the agency's own site are not independent. When we checked, we found none.
  3. Ask for the contract, or a sample agreement, before any call, and read the commission basis, notice period and content-licence clauses. Adastra OFM's pages don't offer one, so ask for it. If in doubt, have a lawyer read it; this page is not legal advice.
  4. Never share your OnlyFans password, the email login behind it or your 2FA codes. A sound setup gives the agency delegated access while you keep the login.
