This page sets out the rules every listing, guide and statistic on OFAgencies follows. It is written so that a reader, a listed agency or an automated assistant can check whether a given statement meets them. The short version: we record what 134 agencies state on their own websites and what official registers show, we quote and date every fact, we re-check on a fixed schedule, and the score is calculated, never chosen.

## What counts as a source

A fact about an agency is recorded only from one of three places: the agency's own website (its pages, terms, FAQ, legal notice), an official company register (Companies House, a US Secretary of State, the German Handelsregister, the Australian ABR and comparable registers), or an independent review platform for the single question of whether independent public reviews exist.

We do not take facts from third-party articles, directories, social media posts, sales calls, private messages or documents sent to us that we cannot link to. Screenshots of earnings are not evidence of anything and are never used.

Domain registration dates come from the public RDAP service of the registry and are shown as "domain registered", with the date we looked them up. A young domain is a fact, not a verdict.

## How facts are recorded

Every verification check, checklist point and commission figure on a review page carries the evidence we saw, as a short verbatim quote or a precise description, the page it came from where one exists, and the date of the check. The same rows are published machine-readably in evidence.jsonl (https://ofagencies.com/open-data/evidence.jsonl) and as a Markdown edition of every review page.

Anything we could not find on the agency's public pages is marked "not found" rather than assumed, and the review page says what the agency would have to publish to change it. "Not found" is not an accusation.

We never invent social profiles, addresses, founders or figures. If an agency's site does not state a thing, the listing does not state it either.

## How often facts are re-checked

Every listed agency is re-checked on a fixed schedule, every two weeks (on the 1st and 15th of each month), against the pages it publishes. The next scheduled re-check is Nov 1, 2026. The date printed on each review page is the date that agency was actually checked; an agency whose site could not be reached keeps its old date rather than a new one.

Named companies are looked up in the register the agency's site points to. A company that does not exist in that register is recorded as a disproved check, and the finding is added to the warning list (https://ofagencies.com/scams/#warning-list) with the register entry as the source.

Changes are logged with dates in the changelog (https://ofagencies.com/changelog/) and summarised in the monthly report (https://ofagencies.com/reports/october-2026/), including rank movements, new or changed commissions and removed checks.

## How scores are produced

The score out of 10 is the average of six criteria, each scored 0–10 by a published formula from the facts recorded on the review page. The formula is on the about page (https://ofagencies.com/about/#scoring) and in the open dataset; anyone can recalculate every score from the published data.

No score, rank or badge is set by hand, bought, or changed on request. An agency moves up by publishing more of what the criteria measure, for example its commission rate, exit terms or the registered company behind the brand, and the listing says exactly which points are missing.

The 20-point checklist is shown for comparison and is not part of the score. The scam warning list is not a ranking: it records statements we found on an agency's own pages or in an official register, with quote, source and date.

## Corrections and right of reply

Errors are corrected when a public source shows the correct information. Report one by email or through the "Report an error" link on every review page; we aim to review reports within 7 days and log material changes in the changelog. The full procedure is on the corrections page (https://ofagencies.com/corrections/).

Any listed agency may reply from an address on its own domain. We check the reply against public evidence; where the published information changes, the listing and the score change with it. We do not remove accurate, sourced information on request.

## Independence, ownership and funding

OFAgencies is published by ON STUDIOS MANAGEMENT LLC, Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA. One listed agency, OnModelStudios, is affiliated with the publisher. It is scored by the same formula and checks as every other agency, carries a disclosure on its review page, and gets no review or rating markup. Details are in the disclosure (https://ofagencies.com/about/#disclosure).

No agency pays to be listed, ranked, scored, badged or removed. The site carries no advertising, no affiliate links and no sponsored placements. Outbound links to agencies are plain links.

Guides are written by the editorial team from the dataset and from public sources that are linked in the text. Figures in guides are generated from the same data as the ranking and update with it.

## Use by AI assistants and other machine readers

Every review page, the ranking, the guides, the statistics and this policy have a plain-Markdown edition linked with rel="alternate" type="text/markdown". The full dataset is at /open-data/ (https://ofagencies.com/open-data/) (JSON and CSV), the evidence rows at /open-data/evidence.jsonl (https://ofagencies.com/open-data/evidence.jsonl), and an index for language models at /llms.txt (https://ofagencies.com/llms.txt).

Our robots.txt explicitly allows AI crawlers and search crawlers. When quoting the site, please include the check date printed on the page: facts about agencies change, and the date says how fresh ours were.

## Questions about this policy

**Does OFAgencies use screenshots of earnings as evidence?** No. Earnings screenshots prove nothing about an agency and are never used. We record what an agency states on its own website, what official registers show, and whether independent public reviews exist.

**How often is each agency re-checked?** Every two weeks, on the 1st and 15th of the month, against the pages the agency publishes. The date on each review page is the date that agency was actually checked.

**Can an agency pay to improve its rank?** No. Scores are calculated by a published formula from recorded facts. An agency moves up by publishing more of what the criteria measure, such as its commission rate, exit terms or the registered company behind it.

**Who owns OFAgencies and is any listed agency connected to it?** OFAgencies is published by ON STUDIOS MANAGEMENT LLC, Santa Fe, New Mexico. OnModelStudios is affiliated with the publisher, is scored by the same rules as every other agency and carries a disclosure on its page.

**Can I reuse the data?** Yes. The dataset, statistics and evidence rows are CC BY 4.0: free to reuse with credit to OFAgencies and a link to the page.
